A website that does its job - start to finish.

Live in 48 hours. Comprehensive content. Verified accessibility. Compliance-aware on every page. No setup fee. Cancel anytime.

Most NDIS providers have one of three websites - and none of them work.

The DIY Wix site. Set up over a weekend. Five generic pages. Doesn't show up in local search. Looks the same as every other provider in the area. Costs $30/month for the privilege.

The agency build. Looks great. Cost $5,000–15,000 upfront. Took three weeks to launch. Goes stale within six months because every update is a back-and-forth with the agency. By year two, it looks dated and you can't afford another rebuild.

No website at all. Relying on Mable, word of mouth, and hope. Invisible to anyone Googling you. Support Coordinators can't research you. Families can't recommend you anywhere except verbally.

First Practice is the fourth option - bespoke, comprehensive, fast, accessible, compliant, and priced so a new sole-trader can afford it without flinching. No templates. Built from scratch for your practice.

A website that actually does the work.

  1. 01

    Productised engineering. Built per practice.

The engineering is systematised - that's why your site can ship in 48 hours at this price. The structure, content, suburbs, services, and brand voice are built from scratch for your practice. We don't take a generic template and swap in your logo; two providers in the same suburb get two meaningfully different websites.

  2. 02

    Comprehensive content footprint.

Pages for every service you offer, every suburb you serve, and the conditions you support. Most provider sites have five pages. Yours will have anywhere from ten to over a hundred - depending on your tier - because that's how participants and families actually find you on Google.

  3. 03

    Live in 48 hours.

Sign up Monday. Your site is live by Wednesday. No three-week agency wait. No approval rounds before you can show anyone.

  4. 04

    Compliance-aware copy on every page.

Every page is reviewed against current NDIS Commission advertising rules. No prohibited claims. No accidentally implying "NDIS approved" or official NDIA endorsement. With 2026 anti-promotion powers carrying civil penalties of tens of thousands of dollars per breach, this matters.

  5. 05

Compliant now, and kept that way.

Every page launches reviewed against current NDIS Commission advertising rules. When those rules change, we update your site to match, at no extra cost. You never have to track the regulator or rewrite a page.

  6. 06

WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, tested on every site.

Not "accessibility-conscious" or "WCAG-aligned." Every site is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA using both automated and manual accessibility checks before it goes live. The people you're serving can actually use the site. Support Coordinators reviewing your work notice that quality.

  7. 07

    90+ Lighthouse on every site.

Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO - all four Google Lighthouse categories verified at 90 or above on every site we ship. Fast loads, clean code, and the technical SEO foundations Google rewards. Run it yourself on any of our customer URLs.

  8. 08

    Built for two audiences.

Plain-language pages that families understand, plus the clinical detail, location coverage, and credibility signals that make a Support Coordinator confident referring to you. Most provider websites only serve one of those audiences. Yours will serve both.

  9. 09

    Hosting, domain, SSL - included.

No surprise hosting fees. No SSL renewal panic. No "your domain expired" emails. Everything that keeps your site running is in the monthly fee.

  10. 10

    Unlimited same-day content changes.

Every tier, starting at Starter, includes unlimited same-day content changes. Email what you want updated and it's live the same business day. Growth and Authority layer monthly blog posts and GBP posts on top - the site stays fresh; SEO compounds; you don't lift a finger.

  11. 11

Yours to keep after 12 months.

Stay 12 months and the whole site is yours - design, code, and content. Take it elsewhere or stay with us; either way, you own it. Subscription pricing, no subscription lock-in.

What "compliance-aware copy" actually means

Same idea, different wording.

The 2026 NDIS Commission anti-promotion powers carry civil penalties of tens of thousands of dollars per breach. Most of those breaches happen in copy the provider didn't realise was a problem. Here's what we replace, and what we replace it with.

NDIS approved provider

Unregistered NDIS support worker, working with plan-managed and self-managed participants

Why: There is no "NDIS approval". Implying NDIA endorsement breaches NDIS Commission advertising rules.

Top-rated NDIS provider in [suburb]

Supporting NDIS participants across [suburb] and surrounding areas since 2023

Why: Comparative superlatives ("top-rated", "best", "#1") aren't substantiable and breach NDIS advertising rules.

Cure your child's autism through our therapy

Paediatric occupational therapy supporting development across motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills

Why: Treatment-outcome claims violate AHPRA advertising guidelines and the NDIS Commission's misleading-conduct standards.

Trusted by 100s of NDIS families - see testimonials!

Family-led practice. Read more about our approach and the types of supports we provide.

Why: Testimonials for regulated health services are restricted under AHPRA. Quantitative claims ("100s") require evidence.

Is this the right service for your practice?

Right fit

  • New NDIS sole-traders who need a real website, fast.
  • Established providers whose current site is dated, broken, or not delivering.
  • Practices that need to show up in local search for participants and Support Coordinators.
  • Allied health practitioners building or rebuilding their NDIS-focused presence.
  • Anyone tired of paying $30/month for a Wix site that does nothing.

Probably not right yet

  • Hobbyists or part-time providers with one or two participants and no growth ambition.
  • Large multi-state providers who already have agency relationships - your needs are bespoke.
  • Anyone wanting a single landing page (you can do that on Carrd for $10).
  • Providers in their first month who haven't worked out what services they're actually offering.

Frequently asked questions.

How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?

Wix and Squarespace are tools - you build the site yourself. First Practice is a service - we build, host, and maintain the site for you. The cost is comparable; the time investment is dramatically different. Wix takes 20-30 hours of your time (and another 20 hours to learn what you're doing). First Practice takes 15 minutes.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever cancel, the domain is still yours - you can transfer it anywhere.

Do I own the site itself?

After 12 months as an active customer, yes - the entire site is yours outright. That includes the design, the code, and all content. You can take it to another host or carry on with us. Before 12 months, you keep your domain and content on cancellation; the site build itself remains ours until the 12-month mark, which is when your subscription has fully covered the build.

Is it really live in 48 hours?

Yes - that's the standard turnaround. We've engineered the process so the wait isn't there. Manually, an agency takes 3 weeks because they're doing every page by hand; we've productised the heavy parts of that work so there's no bottleneck.

What if I want to make changes after launch?

Unlimited same-day content changes are included in every tier, starting at Starter. Email what you want changed and it's live the same business day. No back-and-forth, no quoting, no agency clock.

Do you use templates?

No. Every site is built per practice from scratch. Your services, your suburbs, the conditions you support, your brand voice, the way you describe your work - all of it shapes the site from the ground up. The engineering layer (hosting, framework, accessibility pipeline, compliance pipeline) is productised, which is what makes it fast and affordable. The content and structure are bespoke. Under the hood, the sites are built on Next.js, the modern web framework used by leading global brands, which gives us a fast, maintainable, accessible foundation to build that bespoke layer on top of.

What's actually different about a First Practice site compared to other NDIS website services?

Four things. Built per practice: every site is structured and written for that customer; no swap-in-your-logo template builds. Content depth: most competitors offer 5-15 pages; we offer 30-200+ depending on tier. Compliance: every page is checked against NDIS Commission rules. Accessibility: every site is tested against WCAG 2.2 AA with both automated and manual checks before launch.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation is immediate with no exit fee. You keep your domain. We hand back your content as a downloadable archive. No recovery period - if you want to come back, just sign up again.

I'm not registered with NDIS. Can I still have a website?

Yes. Unregistered providers can work with plan-managed and self-managed participants, which covers most NDIS participants. Most NDIS sole-traders operate unregistered. We make sure your copy complies with the rules either way.

How is it so cheap compared to a $5k+ agency build?

Agencies do the whole stack manually - long discovery, slow approvals, billable hours on every change, custom infrastructure each time. We've productised the engineering layer (the parts no one actually needs custom) and reserve the bespoke work for what matters: the content, structure, suburbs, services, and brand voice. Each site is still built from scratch for your practice; we've just removed the slow, repetitive engineering work from the loop.

A real website. Live in 48 hours.

$99–$429/month. No setup fee. Cancel anytime. Your domain stays yours.
