Subscription pricing without subscription lock-in. Stay with us for your first year, and the entire site - every page, every line of code, every piece of content - becomes yours outright. You can take it to another host, run it yourself, or carry on with us. Your call.
Most agencies and most subscription web services keep you locked in by owning the code. We do the opposite. The 12-month mark is when your subscription has covered the build properly; from that point on, you're paying for ongoing service on a site you already own.
What does this cost compared to a marketplace?
Most sole-trader marketplaces take around 10% of every hour you bill. For a full-time sole-trader at $65/hr, that's roughly $9,360 a year in marketplace commission.

Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Stripe billing portal. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation is immediate, with no exit fee. You keep your domain. We hand back your content as a downloadable archive. There's no recovery process if you want to come back - just sign up again.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. If you cancel, the domain is still yours to manage or transfer wherever you want.
Do I own my content?
Yes. The content on your site is yours. If you cancel, we'll hand it back as an archive you can use elsewhere.
Do I own the site itself?
After 12 months as an active customer, yes - the entire site is yours outright. That includes the design, the code, and all content. You can take it to another host or carry on with us. Before the 12-month mark, you keep your domain and content on cancellation, but the site build itself remains ours. The 12-month mark is when your subscription has fully covered the build.
Is there a contract?
No fixed-term contract. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
Stripe handles billing. Most major credit cards and direct debit are supported. Invoicing for businesses available on request.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The tier price is the full price. No setup fee, no domain renewal fee, no hosting add-on, no maintenance plan. One monthly amount covers everything in your tier.
Is this tax-deductible?
For business use, yes - it's a deductible business expense. Check with your accountant for your specific situation.
