Do I provide the ad budget separately?
Yes. Our management fee covers our work on your campaigns. The ad spend itself is billed directly to your card by Google. This is the standard agency model and it keeps things transparent.
How much should I spend on ads?
$500-1,000/month is the realistic minimum for an NDIS provider in most Australian metros. Less than that, the auction system doesn't give you enough volume to learn from. More than that, you should see consistent inquiries within 4-6 weeks.
How soon do I get participants?
Inquiries usually start in week 2-3 of running campaigns. Quality inquiries (good fit, ready to engage) typically take 4-6 weeks of optimisation. We share the kill criteria up front so you know what 'working' looks like.
What about compliance?
Every ad we write runs through the same compliance ruleset as your website. No prohibited claims, no 'NDIS approved' language, no implied NDIA endorsement.
What if I'm already running Google Ads?
