Frequently asked questions.
Is asking participants for reviews appropriate?
Yes, with the right framing - we don't ask for endorsement of clinical outcomes (which would breach AHPRA rules) or imply guarantees. We ask whether they'd recommend your service to others, which is a normal business practice. Participants always have the option to decline.
What if someone leaves a bad review?
It happens, even to great providers. Our system flags negative reviews immediately and (if you have GBP management) drafts a measured response within 24 hours. A handful of well-handled negative reviews actually builds trust.
AHPRA rules ban testimonials. Is this OK for allied health?
AHPRA bans patient testimonials about clinical care, but generic 'would recommend' reviews are different. We're careful with phrasing for allied health customers - and if a review touches on clinical outcomes, we flag it for you to handle directly.
How many reviews can I expect?
Typical conversion: ~10-15% of prompted clients leave a review. So if you serve 20 participants a month, you'd see 2-3 new reviews monthly. Compounds over time.
Cancellation?
Anytime. Your existing reviews stay on Google (they're yours). Future automated prompts stop the day you cancel.
