Do I have to approve every post?
Yes - every publish requires your one-click approval. We draft, you approve. Takes about a minute per week. If you want fully-automated publishing, you can opt into it after we've built up trust on the first month's posts.
What if I get a negative review?
We draft a measured, compliance-aware response within 24 hours and flag it as urgent for your attention. Negative reviews handled well actually build trust with other prospects.
What about NDIS advertising rules in posts?
Every post runs through the same compliance ruleset as your website. No prohibited claims. No implied NDIA endorsement.
Do you take the photos?
No - photos are yours to capture. We'll prompt you when it's time and tell you what to capture, but the photos themselves come from you. Authentic photos from your real practice work better than stock anyway.
