Frequently asked questions.

Will it sound natural?

Yes. Modern conversational AI handles routine questions well. The opening line includes the required NDIS AI-use disclosure so visitors know they're chatting with an automated assistant - from there the conversation runs naturally.

What if it gives a wrong answer?

The chatbot is trained on your specific services, policies, and FAQs - so for in-scope questions it answers accurately. For anything it isn't confident about, it explicitly says: 'I'd like to make sure you get an accurate answer on that - can [Provider] call you back?' and captures the question for you. We tune the responses as we see real conversation patterns.

Where do conversation transcripts go?

Stored securely; only you and First Practice support staff can access. Conversations are not retained long-term - typically 90 days for support and quality purposes, then deleted.

Will it accidentally claim things it shouldn't?

No. Same compliance ruleset as your website prevents prohibited claims ('NDIS approved', etc.). If a visitor asks something that requires a careful answer, the chatbot escalates rather than guessing.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Removing the widget takes ~5 minutes; we can do it for you or you can do it yourself.
