Add-on · AI voice receptionist
Never miss a participant inquiry.
Every call answered, day or night. Qualified. Booked into your calendar. Or escalated to your phone if it's urgent.
Missed calls cost real participants.
You're with a client. Your phone rings. The caller goes to voicemail. They call the next provider on the list - and that provider answers.
A missed call isn't just an inconvenience. For a sole-trader NDIS support worker, it's a lost participant. Maybe one new family every fortnight. Maybe more.
Support Coordinators screen providers the same way: if you don't answer, the next provider on their list does. A reliable line is part of looking professional.
A dedicated phone number that's always answered.
01
24/7 inbound call handling.
Every call answered, every time. Friendly greeting, naturally conversational.
02
Qualifies the inquiry.
Asks the right questions about who's calling, what they need, what they've already got in place. Captures everything in a structured summary.
03
Books directly into your calendar.
Connects to your Calendly. If the caller's a good fit and ready to talk, the assistant offers them a discovery-call slot and books it on the spot.
04
Escalates urgent calls to your mobile.
If a caller indicates urgency (or your existing client has a problem), the assistant texts your mobile with their number, and you can return the call directly.
05
Email summary after every call.
You get a transcript and structured summary in your inbox. No "they called and said something". You see exactly what was discussed.
06
Compliance-aware from the first second.
The greeting includes the standard NDIS AI-use disclosure as required by the Commission. Callers know they're speaking with an automated assistant before they share anything.
From signup to live in days.
We provision your number.
A dedicated business phone number is assigned to your practice. You can publish it on your website, your GBP, your business card.
We configure the assistant for your practice.
Your services, your suburbs, your specialisations, your existing client list (so returning clients are recognised) - all loaded into the assistant. Calendly link connected.
Calls start coming through.
Day one, every call is answered. You see summaries in your inbox; bookings flow into your calendar; urgent calls hit your phone.

Is this the right add-on for you?
Right fit
- Sole-traders who miss calls because they're with a client.
- Practices wanting to look professional from the first ring.
- Providers serving Support Coordinators (who screen providers by how well they answer).
- Anyone who hates voicemail.
Probably not right yet
- Practices with a dedicated reception team already.
- Providers in their first month with very low call volume - defer until you're getting enough calls to justify it.
- Providers who genuinely prefer text-only contact (some do).
Frequently asked questions.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. Modern voice AI is genuinely conversational - most callers won't notice. The required NDIS disclosure at the start of the call lets them know it's automated, but from there the conversation runs naturally.
What if a caller wants to talk to me directly?
The assistant offers that path explicitly: 'If you'd prefer to speak to [Provider name] directly, I can have them call you back - what's the best number?' Urgency goes to your mobile immediately.
What if my practice has multiple staff?
The assistant can route calls based on the caller's stated need (e.g. existing client → primary support worker; new inquiry → intake). Configurable per practice.
Is it compliant with NDIS rules?
Yes. Every call opens with the required AI-use disclosure. Callers know up front they're speaking with an automated assistant. Transcripts are stored securely and handed to you, not retained by us long-term.
Does it speak languages other than English?
English at launch. Multilingual support is on the roadmap (many NDIS sole-traders serve specific cultural/linguistic communities) - let us know which language matters for your practice and we'll prioritise.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no exit fee. Your phone number can be ported to your personal mobile if you want to keep it.
